Inner Space at Harvard SquareInner Space Meditation Center & Gallery aims to help people explore the true nature of mind and consciousness, experience deep peace, and to empower themselves with the tools to succeed, and lead more fulfilling lives. Inner Space, where people from all faiths and walks of life are free to discover their own inner strengths and values, is conveniently located in Harvard Square, Cambridge. Classes on Raja Yoga meditation are also offered. This is an open-eyed natural meditation harnessing the power of pure and positive thoughts. It does not involve any physical exercise. Inner Space is sponsored by the Brahma Kumaris, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The local chapter is located in Watertown, MA (www.bkboston.org) with a presence in the New England area for the past 28 years.
Dev Lingadevaru is a Software Engineer working at one of the leading financial institutions in Boston. Born and raised in Bangalore, India, Dev is a Rajayogi for more than 20 years. He teaches and facilitates workshops in Rajayoga meditation, positive thinking, chaining anger to peace, managing stress, overcoming fear etc. He also serves as Co-coordinator of the Brahma Kumaris Boston Learning Center for Peace.
Merrillyn Hener is a physical therapist who specializes in Integrative Manual Therapy. She currently works with a Cambridge based outpatient clinic and a Newton-based home health agency. Merrillyn began her study and practice of Raja Yoga in 2008 while living in Ethiopia. She now serves as a Co- Coordinator of Inner Space Medition Center and Galley.
Sudarshan Sundar has worked in the field of computer software development at Microsoft since 2003. Born in India, he grew up in Singapore and moved to the United States in 1999. Sudarshan has served as a teacher of Raja Yoga since 2002. He currently serves as a Co-coordinator of Inner Space Meditation and Gallery. Sudarshan is also a graduate of the LeaderShape institute.
Rita Cleary has served as the founder of The Learning Circle and The Visions of A Better World Foundation.. She is also a founding partner of The Society for Organizational Learning and Images and Voices of Hope Media Project. Rita now serves as the Co- Coordinator of the Boston chapter of the Brahma Kumaris Learning Center for Peace.
Iris Zur is a clinical psychologist who completed her studies while living in her homeland of Israel. She became a daily practitioner of Raja Yoga in 1999. Some of the courses that she teaches are Raja Yoga, Positive Parenting and Self Esteem. Iris lives in Sudbury, MA with her husband and two children.
Sony Shah is an entrepreneur and has had her own business in Medical Billing for the last 20 years. She has integrated her spiritual practice into the leadership qualities she emanates as a business leader. Sony began her studies and daily practice of Raja Yoga in 2006 and has been teaching for the last two years.
