Are you deeply entrenched in resentments and bitterness often in the aftermath of a life altering event? Do you have anxiety, grief or despair owing to past negative experiences? Now just imagine, how wonderful life would be without this jail sentence, We can free ourselves from toxic emotions by understanding how they are caused, how we unconsciously reinforce these emotional patterns, and how they become our reality. Self Empowerment: In this enlightening workshop, we will learn the formula for self-empowerment. In order to empower the self, I first need to understand what the self actually is. We really are what we think, so we will answer the question: Who AM I? The next step comes through the understanding of where I have to go to take power from. And finally, I want to practice taking power from that source.
