During the day, our mind is pulled in many different directions. It’s is constantly inundated with responsibilities, deadlines, and obligations, etc.  Tonight we will explore the first lesson of Raga Yoga Meditation.  We will learn how to meditate thereby creating an experience of a peaceful mind
