Sometimes anger comes up unexpectedly and sometimes it can be quite strong. So what do we do to regain control? What do we do to go beyond the anger and step on to a pathway of peace? In this evenings program we will explore how our thoughts and words are the creators of the anger we hold within. We will explore ways to change our thinking patterns and to turn our thoughts in the direction of peace in our hearts.
