Mindfulness is an invaluable step towards becoming aware and connecting with our inner peace and self. It anchors us in the present and frees us from thinking unnecessarily about the past and the future. In this evening we will learn and practice mindfulness through meditation, yet taking it to the “next step”. We will learn about the power of the mind and how it can be harnessed to our favor to multiply the treasures we begin to accumulate as we become mindful. The “right” ingredients of thoughts, combined with mindfulness are a magical formula for making our mind our best friend and creating a powerful state of being
