We all know the phrase “You are what you eat” but we usually just think of the physical effects of food on our health. Food also has a great influence on our mental and spiritual well-being. Join us to explore the role food plays in our life and identify eating strategies that can nourish the whole self – both body and mind. Food can be the missing link that supports our efforts for personal change and provides the necessary foundation for the development and maintenance of a regular meditation practice.
