Sister Sheilu has been studying Raja Yoga since 1960 when she first met the Brahma Kumaris at age 12. In 1969, after completing her degree from Bombay University, she dedicated herself full time to the service of the Brahma Kumaris. Since 1976 she has been based at the headquarters of the Brahma Kumaris in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, India. She has become a sought-after Raja Yoga teacher, speaker, trainer, interpreter and TV broadcaster for the organization, traveling to over 70 countries across 5 continents.

Public Transport: Inner space is 7 minutes walk from Harvard Square T stop on Red Line. When you come out of the station, walk towards central square on mass ave for 7 minutes to find inner space on your right.

Driving: Street parking is free on Sundays. You can park anywhere for as long as needed.
Harvard Square Parking Garage, @65 John F Kennedy St. Cambridge is about 9 minutes walk to inner space. Parking is flat rate $15 on Sunday.
