Our lives each day have increasingly become full of doing, getting, making, controlling and giving. Sometimes we feel like ‘pulling the plug’ and ‘getting away from it all’. How do we sustain our responsibilities without feeling the stress and losing our happiness?

Learn to relax! In this workshop you will learn to consciously create 2 to 3 minute windows during the day to practice going on

Guest Speaker: Jay Chodagam from San Francisco, Brahma Kumaris
Jay is a meditation teacher, TEDx speaker and producer of Peace in the Park festival and SPIRIT Summit.  He has been a proponent of meditation training for people of all ages and backgrounds to identify their purpose and enhance the sense of self-worth.
 As a student and teacher with the Raja Yoga meditation for over 16 years, Jay regularly leads retreats and workshops around the world.
