Are final exams and projects causing you to experience excess levels of stress?
In this event we will address the topic of stress management and how to fit meditation into one’s busy life to maintain a mindset of peace and resilience to stressful situations.
30 minute guided commentary followed by discussion and suggestions for how to manage stress and prevent feeling disconnected from oneself as a student.
